How Investra Group came about
The first companies of Investra Group were founded in 2021 and soon experienced great growth. They started their work independently and separately. Soon after its establishment, ABD Group arranged the distribution of brands such as D. Franklin and Grunland, growing several times over.
On the other hand, Adria Basket established the international Adria Basketball Youth Tournament in Poreč in 2022. From the initial 26 teams, the tournament reached 75 teams in 2026.
D2C was founded in 2022, recognizing that sports clubs have a growing need for a more diverse offer in their fan shops. In addition, the business soon expanded to companies as well, looking for more creative PROMO materials.
At the end of 2023, due to the increase in business, a reorganization took place and Investra Group was founded as the parent company, together with iD Transfer, which works in the field of thermal transfer applications for textile products.
We constantly expand our portfolio of products and services, as well as our markets and network of satisfied customers. Today we are present in 27 markets, from the Adriatic through the Gulf and the Caucasus to Central Asia. We are proud to represent relevant global brands and that our work has been recognized by the largest sports clubs and federations in the region, as well as many multinational and domestic companies.

Distribution reach expands to 27 markets, as far as the Gulf and Central Asia. ABYT grows to 75 teams.
